We host our platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in Australia, utilising scalable and fault-tolerant systems to ensure high availability and performance. As your business grows, additional resources are deployed to maintain responsiveness and reliability. Our data is partitioned into client-specific schemas, with strict database access controls in place to ensure privacy and security.
Our platform employs role-based security policies, which control user access and actions based on individual credentials. User passwords are protected with minimum complexity requirements, and passwords are securely salted and hashed for additional protection. We use SSL encryption to protect your data in transit, ensuring that sensitive information is securely transmitted. All data, including attachments and backups, is encrypted at rest to safeguard it from unauthorised access.
Real-Time Backups and Disaster Recovery
We understand the importance of data availability, so all client data is mirrored in real-time across a primary and standby database. Daily backups are securely archived on Amazon S3 storage, and are retained for 35 days. Our disaster recovery processes are regularly tested to ensure that, in the event of a disaster, we can quickly rebuild our server infrastructure and restore client instances without compromising security or uptime.
